Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, where you have opted to not pay for your order in full, all orders whether instock or Made to Order; will require a minimum deposit to be made.

Before delivery can be made however; all deposit must be paid for in full. Our Logistics team will discuss your balance when arranging your home delivery date.

 

Orders placed with Debit / Credit Card or Paypal

When an Order is not paid for in full when placed, you must pay an agreed deposit.

The minimum agreed deposit equates to 50% of the total Order value.

 

Orders placed with Arranged Finance

Financed orders must have a minimum deposit of 20%. 

When paying a deposit relating to a financed order, the card must be associated with the applicant’s bank account used for the direct debits to be withdrawn from; or a credit card in the applicants name.

What payment types do you offer online?

To place an Order through our website you may select 1 of the following;

  • Debit / Credit Card - we accept Visa & Mastercard at present, please note we do not accept AMEX.
  • Finance - you are able to finance you order through our lender Novuna. A range of terms and rates are available including Interest Free Credit options and Buy Now Pay Later alongside traditional Interest Bearing products.
  • Paypal - by choosing PayPal at checkout, you can skip entering your card info each time you make a purchase allowing to manage your money across multiple cards in your Paypal Wallet.
Do you offer VAT relief for disabled people?

Under Government Guidelines if you are disabled or you have a long-term illness, you will not be charged VAT on products designed or adapted for disability.

Some disability products such as Sherborne Lift & Tilt Risers are VAT exempt on production of certain documents.

It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify as no prices can be amended after the goods have been ordered.
