"The Alston sofa is beautiful, luxurious, so comfortable .It arrived with the corner sofa two different shades, I telephoned and they sent a upholstery to correct the problem, who was very professional and corrected the mistake which you would expect to be put right with a new sofa , I have had no call from loomloft to ask me if I am happy,with my suite since the upholstery came.Also I ordered a nest of tables from Loomloft and they decided to tell me Three weeks before delivery that it was out of stock, so dissapointed and let down after spending a lot of money."
