That is why every sofa and armchair we sell comes with a minimum 10-year structural frame guarantee.
Most of our furniture is crafted in Britain, with selected collections made by skilled partners across Europe. All are chosen for their build quality, materials and attention to detail. Some ranges also carry a longer manufacturer guarantee, and where that applies, the extended cover will automatically replace ours.
So whether it is a family sofa or a favourite armchair, the frame underneath it all is made and guaranteed to hold strong.
What’s Covered
From the date of delivery, your furniture’s timber frame is guaranteed to:
Be free from defects in structural stability
Be free from timber warping or creaking arising from poor workmanship or materials
This guarantee lasts for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery.
If an issue occurs within that time, we will inspect the product and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange for a repair to restore its structural integrity.
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care any part of the furniture other than the internal timber frame (such as fabrics, fillings, springs, mechanisms or feet)
repairs or alterations made outside of Loom Loft’s authorisation items marked as clearance or sold through our clearance outlets
If the internal timber frame fails through no fault of your own, you are covered.

Include your order details and a few photos or a short video showing the problem, and our team will take it from there.
